These winter st louis blues are making me hungry for southern comfort food + fine, fine dining. Anybody who knows anything, knows that Charleston is ALL about FOOD. Some of the best eateries in the country are here and Kate has listed a few. I know this is a blanket statement but unless you go to HYMAN's I can assure you that your belly will always be satisfied. I went from eating kraft mac-n-cheese,canned veggies and all beef patties to shrimp,grits, polenta and tuna steaks...though it wans't until NYC that I started chowing on SUSHI
